We stand behind our products. Because most items are made to order, we only offer returns or replacements in the following cases:

Apparel sizing issues are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check the size chart on each product page and compare it to your actual measurements before ordering.
Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To request a replacement:
Email bros@theflobroshow.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of any damage (if applicable). We’ll review and make it right where eligible.
