Returns & Replacements

We stand behind our products. Because most items are made to order, we only offer returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Goods not received due to carrier mis-delivery or loss

What’s Not Eligible

  • Apparel sizing issues are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check the size chart on each product page and compare it to your actual measurements before ordering.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To request a replacement:

Email bros@theflobroshow.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of any damage (if applicable). We’ll review and make it right where eligible.
